What we collect

When you fill in a form on this site, we collect what you enter: your name, email, phone number, and (for some forms) your mailing address and answers about your goals, business or profession. We also record which page you came from and campaign tags in the link you clicked (for example, from an ad), so we know which messages are useful.

The Benjy Way tool on this site runs in your browser. What you type there isn't sent anywhere unless you choose to email your plan to yourself.

How we use it

To respond to your request: send your signed copy, schedule your call, share course access
To send you information about Dr. Ben's programs, which you can unsubscribe from at any time
To send text messages only if you ticked the SMS consent box (reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help)

We store your information in our customer management system (HighLevel). We do not sell your personal information, and mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties for their marketing.

Patients

Appointment requests collect only contact details and the type of service you're interested in. Please don't include medical information in website forms. We discuss your health privately and handle it under applicable health-privacy law.
